These indulgent no-bake bars are packed with goodness and ideal as a post-workout snack or to pack in your lunchbox.

  • 2/3 cup toasted sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup toasted cashews, coarsely chopped
  • 1/3 cup toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup blanched toasted almonds, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Maca powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
